How to get the most out of your UP2BUY Classifieds ad

1. Create the ad right...Your item for sell must stand out from the competition. Start by looking through all the categories and choose the category most appropriate for your ad (you item can only be placed in one category). Include keywords in your title and write a descriptive description. Price your item competitively using price guides if needed. Always add as many pictures as possible ("pictures say a thousand words"). 2. Send your ad to people you know that may have interest...This is one of the easiest things you can do that is not done many times. Emails are free and even if the person you send it to isn't interested, they may know someone who is interested and forward the email to them. To email your ad view your ad on UP2BUY; look at the options under your picture; and click on the one called "Tell-a-friend". Enter your email, the other person's email, a message, and send it. Its free so you have nothing to lose. 3. Advertise your item EVERYWHERE...The more places you advertise, the more likely the right person will see your ad. Advertise anywhere you can, on paper and the internet. To print your ad as a flyer, view your ad on UP2BUY; look at the options under your picture; and click on "Print a Flyer". This generates a flyer for your ad with your ad's unique URL address down the right side. Cut between the addresses and put this paper on any bulletin board. Now if someone is interested, they can tear off one of the little addresses and see your ad later. Remember to use your ad's unique URL address on any other advertising you do.
